Can I drink VitaZest™ if I take other vitamins or supplements?

• Yes, VitaZest® contains lower levels of Fat Soluble Vitamins (eg. A, D, E) which get stored in the body allowing you to consume more of those vitamins from food or other sources safely.  Water soluble vitamins (b2, b3, b6, b12, and C) get excreted from the body easily if you consume more than the body requires.
